Lost inches , not weight: hi gals !!! i am a working parent and its not possible for me to go to gym or walking etc so since last 2 months i have stopped having my dinners i eat normally in day times and have food almost 6 times a day so that i can keep my wt on track i used do suryanamskar and crunches for half a hr every day [ since this week my routine.
