Reply hi ;i am 25 years old height 5’6″ n weight 75 kgs,i daily use to go for walk morning 7kms n in evening 5kms but still my waist is 46″and quite heavy belly fat i have;i have git no thyroid no sugar issues;and i only take half spoon of sugar and no any junk food please help me out ,some exercises n even cycling too i do in my daily routine,still no effect on waist help me with diet.
